16. 7. 1867 |
The secret original father?
At the 16 ´th of July 1867 the Frenchman Monier got his patent about the production of reinforced flowerpots. Soon afterwards the first elements made of real reinforced concrete came up.

Oct. 1993 |
The idea
Dipl.-Ing., Dipl.-Kfm. Wilhelm Häussler and Dipl.-Ing. Norbert Nieder develop the vision of a robot for the production of rolled plane reinforcement elements driven by a file of the static – die idea BAMTEC® is born!

|
|
Dec. 1993 |
The first compare calculation
When doing a comparison of a row of semi-detached houses, a surprising saving of around 50 % with the reinforcement method BAMTEC® is calculated compared to conventional reinforcement using steel mesh.

11.8.1994 |
The first licence agreement
M/s. Konrad Kleiner GmbH in Mindelheim/Germany, represented by Mr. Ludwig Kleiner, shows pioneering spirit in becoming the first steel trader to acquire a licence for production and sale of rolling BAMTEC®-elements.
The first trials
Thereafter, M/s. Kleiner constructs two devices on which the first BAMTEC®-elements are produced using the hand welding method.
|
|
|
|
17.9.1994 |
The first BAMTEC® site
The pension "Psiuk" in Oy/Germany is the first construction site, on which a BAMTEC®-element is rolled out and installed. Building contractor were M/s. Hubert Schmid of Marktoberdorf/Germany. The site foreman was so excited that he mounted the advertising board the wrong way round so that it could only be seen from the construction site and not from the street. The first video clip was produced.
