- With the use of BAMTEC® for the manufacturer simply cut building steel becomes a product with built-in intelligence, similar to the convenience products in the food industry (prepared, semi-prepared, portioned etc.)
- When installing a complete BAMTEC® production line consisting of the level-cut-machine and the BAMTEC® robot the result is a fully-automatic production compared to the previous manual preparation of reinforcement mats respectively round steel.

Benefits for construction companies

- BAMTEC® offers to the constructor in the pioneering phase the biggest advantages in the shortest period of time.
- BAMTEC® shortens the total construction time on every surface-engineering construc-tion site (carcass) by approximately five to ten percent of conventional time. This is the sum of reductions in reinforcement phases by using BAMTEC®. For each year it is the-refore possible to produce corresponding additional work performance. On average the additional profit with a addtional work performance of five percent and material use of thirty percent is considered to be around three percent of annual turnover.
- The use of BAMTEC® leads to a reduction of 20 to 50 % compared to a reinforcement with beared standard welded wire mesh depending on static system and handling quality of the beared standard wire mesh reinforcement. This saving is the sum of software driven quality handling at the consulting engineers, the omission of overlapping mats in each direction and the more exact adaptation to the present demands. Considering steel quantities estimated at a flat rate and special proposals based thereon, this saving is for the benefit of the construction companies.
- BAMTEC® means for the constructor just-in-time production for the reinforcement of horizontal area construction pieces. The time span of the reinforcement preparation in-cluding planning until layed reinforcement is drastically reduced. For the constructors, BAMTEC® means lower production depth and is a step towards the fractal company.
- BAMTEC® results in reinforcement independent from weather conditions. In many cases the construction steel can be delivered at the same time as the concrete.
- BAMTEC® promotes the use of the finite element calculation at the consulting engineers as calculation method. With this method binding beams, upstand beams, steel beams, floor binding beams and wall slabs are no longer required. The ceilings become thicker. Corresponding hollow bricks free of lift and ceiling form systems do become more inte-resting. Production of finished parts for individual solutions is pushed back. The number of steps in the work process is strongly, partly even radically reduced. Completion of building projects becomes more efficient and cheaper in the long run.
- BAMTEC® leads to quality improvements of the construction work performance due to reinforcement work on site being no longer necessary, more exact keeping of the rein-forcement layers due to use of round steel (static effective depth), finite element calcula-tion and the tendency to introduce further improvements (e.g. lines no longer in the cei-lings).
- BAMTEC® promotes the education of consciousness that the work at the consulting en-gineers is also the process preparation for the construction companies with correspon-ding long-term consequences for the performance building. An "work process preparati-on optimized static!" (!SOVA) takes place, where the first step is the work preparation and only secondly the static (process orientation).
- BAMTEC® improves the possibilities in acquisition and pricing of the construction com-panies (flat rate prices, special proposals).

Benefits for engineering offices

- By using BAMTEC® the work load at the consulting engineers is reduced to approx. 10 % of previous time spent for construction work not considering finite element calculation. The amount of time for this calculation remains unchanged.
- The results are performance improvements of the consulting engineers (deadlines) and improvements in the result (profits). By using BAMTEC® the consulting engineers has better arguments when searching for new customers. The acqusition shifts from pricing to quality.
- BAMTEC® changes the thinking at the consulting engineers. BAMTEC® is part of an " work process preparation optimized static" (!SOVA) where the thinking process is rever-sed from back to front. BAMTEC® divides the reinforcement problem into two dimensions (x and y), which can be seen completey separated from each other (like with steel rods). This also promotes quality because cle-ar solutions are found contrary to reinforcement with welded wire mesh where both di-rections have to be considered simultaneously. BAMTEC® makes the engineering work independent from the quality of its employees, their daily form and their deadline pressures.
- BAMTEC® provides arguments for the consulting engineers regarding steel savings (no reinforcements joints, exacter reinforcement), regarding shorter construction time (10 to 20 % of total constructions time for shell, 70 to 90 % of reinforcement laying time only), regarding independence from weather conditions (faster) and better construction quality (shifting to robot) with developer, architect and construction companies.
